Dean MacNeil has over a decade of Information Technology experience. He has directed and managed application development teams spanning various geographical locations and technical platforms. He has implemented project management, quality assurance, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies that reduced IT project costs while increasing customer satisfaction. He has managed over one hundred successfully implemented application development projects using technologies such as ASP, SQL, .Net, XML and Flash. Mr. MacNeil, who is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), personally coded the first computer-based tutorials (CBT) and web-based tutorials (WBT) for the world’s leading music company, where he also project managed company's first fully mainframe interactive web application and conceived of and implemented an enterprise-wide issue tracking system that was engineered so flexibly it has been adopted for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance without requiring modification.
