Dean MacNeil, PMP, is a proven leader and one of the premier global music business IT program and project management specialists. He co-founded the first in-house web application development team for the world’s leading music company, a team “renowned for efficient and effective IT delivery” according to the CIO. He has worked closely with senior executives from all areas of the business including sales, marketing, new media, advertising, finance, copyright, and distribution to develop strategic objectives, define business requirements, and deliver high quality, ROI optimized projects. His responsibilities have included the oversight and management of all web application development for the top U.S. music distributor, management of major label mergers for IT, and strategic technology liaison to the Tokyo office. He is currently the director of application development for the top U.S. record label.
